ATP1 - Az-El Tracking Platform
A rugged two-axis azimuth-elevation motion platform designed for precision pointing of antenna payloads such as horns, and dishes up to 1.5m diameter. Its maintenance-free, sealed design enables it to be remotely deployed and controlled. The system features built-in temperature and humidity sensors and control, enabling these to be regulated and remotely monitored.The ATP1 is controlled via an RS422 serial interface, its built-in controller accepting either simple ‘goto’ commands or alternatively complete time-tagged tracking tables can be downloaded into its non-volatile memory.
